FAVILLE, John, Rev., was born in Medford, Jefferson County, WI July 7, 1847 and came to Appleton in Deccember of 1865 as a student at Lawrence University. He became as a resident pastor of the First Congretional Church in Janaury of 1886. Taken from The Outagamie County Pioneer Record.

FIESTEDT, Joachim was born in Mecklenburg, Germany December 23, 1835 and came to NY in 1862 and to the town of Center in 1872. He was married October 23, 1862 to Friedrike Hermann, who was born July 7, 1838. They have had seven children, two sons and five daughters. Taken from The Outagamie County Pioneer Record.

FINKLE, John H
., was born in 1845. Caroletah Marchia Clark was born at Dansviile, Livingston County, NY, August 29, 1857 and came to Appleton in March of 1872. Mr. and Mrs. Finkle were married February 18, 1883 and their children are Ray Clark, born 1887 and Earl West, born 1892. Taken from The Outagamie County Pioneer Record.

FINNEGAN, Edward, born in County Monahon, Ireland on the 31st day of January 1834 and came to America with his parents in 1847. He married his first wife, Helen Prosser at Oswego, NY on July 22, 1855. She died in 1881. He came to Wisconsin in October of 1856 settling at Steven's Point and came to Appleton November of 1863. Their children are: Catherine G., born 1856, Mary A., born 1858, John F. born 1860, James E. born 1862, Louis H. born 1865, George C born 1867, Arthur F. born 1869. He married his second wife Belle M. Johnson on May 1884 by whom he had one child, Bernard Edward, born August 1885. At present he is engaged as Superintendent of the Poor Farm City of Appleton. FOSTER, Henry, was born in Jefferson County, WI July 17, 1841 and came to Appleton in May of 1857. He is a druggist.

FOX, Charles was born August 12, 1851 in Trenton, Dodge County, WI. Kitty Southmayd Fox was born in Jay, Essex County, NY June 7, 1852 and they were married on April 30, 1878. Their children are Inez B. Fox born December 11, 1880; Ada M. Fox, born July 18, 1885. Mr. Fox deals in coal and wood, with his office at 891 Union Street and his residence at 375 Second Avenue. FOX, Mrs. Viola was born in Grand Chute in 1856 and was married to J. N. Fox. They reside in Appleton. Taken from The Outagamie County Pioneer Record.

FRAMBACH, Henry A., (Civil War) was born in Syracuse, NY November 21, 1840. He came to Outagamie County in 1872, settled in Kaukauna and engaged in paper making. He enlisted as a soldier in the Civil War, Company G, 61st Regt, Illinois Volunteer Infantry at the breaking out of the war and served until its close. He was married in 1866 to Fanny M. Claspill, who was born in Moorshill, Indiana in 1847. Their children are John Henry, born 1868, Katharine Frambach Gray, born 1869, Clarence C., born 1876, died 1876; Charles Louis born 1881, Arthur born 1877, Edgar born 1879. Mr. Frambach's residence is at the corner of Wisconsin Avenue and Depot Street, Kaukauna. Taken from The Outagamie County Pioneer Record.

FREDRICH, A. was born in the year 1826 and became a settler of Outagamie County in the year 1853. Taken from The Outagamie County Pioneer Record.

FREUND, William of Appleton, a brakeman in the employ of the North-Western Railway company, received injuries at Kimberly Wednesday from which he died a few minutes after arriving at St. Elizabeth's hospital. The switching crew sent a car in on a sidetrack. The car did not go far enough and when the engine came back towards the car it is said that Freund took a popular beam and held it between the car and the engine, hoping that the car in this way would be sent onto the sidetrack. The beam broke when the engine bumped it and Freund was crushed between the locomotive and the box car. He was 34 years of age. Source: Kaukauna Times, January 24, 1908.

FULLER, J.F., was born in Middleton, MA on March 4, 1832 and came to Appleton in May of 1859. He married Sara A. McNeill who came to Appleton in 1852. Taken from The Outagamie County Pioneer Record.
